Exceptional Stay with Great Accessibility!

Our family had a memorable 3-night stay. The helpful staff made check-in smooth, while the clean Double Room provided just the right amount of space. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast each day—fresh bakery items and tasty bacon were highlights! Utilize public transport nearby for easy city exploration.

Upon arrival, we encountered a frustrating delay with check-in as our room wasn't ready at the designated time. As we waited, we noticed that other guests who arrived after us were given their rooms first, leaving us feeling somewhat overlooked. Additionally, the experience was marred by the absence of staff at checkout. we had to wait for several minutes before anyone appeared to assist us.

Positive, Great location near the city center with convenient tram access. The clean and tidy twin room was a decent size for our group, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. Having 24-hour reception was a huge plus! 👍

It was quite a surprise to find that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a feast with eggs, bacon, and fresh croissants that really started my day off right.

The breakfast options were quite limited, with only cereals available.

The Twin Room was really clean and comfy, which I appreciated. I liked how quiet it was too, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring. The bed was decent, nothing fancy but definitely cozy. It was nice not having to deal with a lot of noise from the street, which can be a problem in a busy city. Oh, and the staff were super nice and helpful, which made everything easier.

The staff was incredibly helpful even with our language barrier, assisting us in finding a universal adapter for our camera. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the railway station and trams.
